Context

Lead Generation: AI solution offering HR-facilitating tools for companies and hiring agencies.

Problematic

• No SEO strategy at all — approx 150 pages with mostly blog posts that don't convert
• Only making traffic on branded queries (mostly thanks to PR and brand awareness)
• No built authority and very few backlinks + lack of a targeted link building strategy

Process

• Conduct a semantic study to find the best keyword opportunities, both to convert via the homepage and via potential secondary pages targeting alternative keywords and specific verticals to multiply conversion points
• Implement a link building strategy focused primarily on the homepage, which is the main conversion point and the page capturing highly qualified traffic
• Improve page templates and overall site architecture. Rework page templates to build trust, improve conversion, enhance semantic density, and improve UX for both business landing pages and blog pages
• Develop the existing blog to integrate it into a broader architecture and conversion funnel with a real conversion intent

To capture highly qualified, decision-stage traffic, we identified key competitors in the AI recruiting and HR software space (e.g., Juicebox, Findham, Hirees, Eightfold) ranking for critical business queries like "AI hiring software" or "AI recruiting tools". We established a structured list of these players to target long-tail, bottom-of-the-funnel keywords through dedicated "GoPerfect vs [Competitor]" comparison pages. comparison pages.

Another strategy that I implemented in order to support our Brand visibility initiative was to unveil the main sources of the LLM answers (for a corpus of 100+ top-prio prompts) thanks to peec.ai..
